Selectmen's Minutes 12/16/08
The weekly meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Tuesday evening, December 16, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

Present:        Peter A. Hamilton, Chairman, pro-tem; Theresa McNulty, Clerk pro-tem

Appointment

Bob Packer, Tim Fowler and Bob Condon of the Conservation Commission Christmas Parade Committee were present to update the Board on the 25th Annual Christmas Parade.

Appointment

Jennifer Ridder and John Ridder of Fidder Farm Inc. were present to request a Change of Manager for Ridder Farm Inc., 390 Oak Street, from Paul C. Hart, Manager to Jennifer Ridder, Manager.

S/McNulty, s/Hamilton, a unanimous vote, approve the request of John Ridder of Ridder Farm, Inc. for a Change of Manager from Paul C. Hart to Jennifer Ridder.

3.      A solid fence 8’ in height on the front of the property and 100’ back from street on both sides; entire property to be suitably fenced; all vehicles and parts to be stored within fenced area.
4.      A 16’ wide unobstructed access road shall be maintained 24 hours per day and shall also run from the rear of the building extending to the most southerly portion of the property. No vehicles to be stored or displayed within 10’ of the building.
